It is made of special mica paper as the base, epoxy resin as the adhesive and alkali-free glass fabric or polyester film as the reinforcement material, then varnished, baked, rolled and cut. Good flexibility at room temperature, excellent technology property and tight winding. No powder flying during the winding and bonding when opening the disk.

Good compatibility with solvent-free impregnating epoxy resin treated by VPI. Good model ability and excellent mechanical and electrical properties after curing. The properties after curing are depends on the VPI resin. The storage property is stable at room temperature. Used for VPI insulating treatment for Class F 6.0kV and above motors.
